* Bulk Hamburger is available in 1 or 2 lb. packages.

* Hamburger patties are available in ¼ lb. or 1/3 lb. patties and come in 5 lb. per box.  There is an upcharge for patties.

* Regular cut for Steaks is ¾” thick. Steaks may be cut thicker or thinner to your specifications. You will also specific how many steaks per packaging.

Note: If you order all regular cuts, approximately half your order will be hamburger.
